About Zachary

Hi, I’m Zachary.

RCP-F · CRPA · CARC

I’m in long-term recovery, and I’ve spent more than a decade as a recovery coach, peer advocate, trainer, supervisor, and program leader.

My recovery taught me to look beyond whether I was doing what was expected and get honest about what was actually changing. That experience shapes how I work: I’ll take your goals seriously, ask questions, and pay attention to what is helping you build the life you want.

Outside of work, I love concerts, pickleball, movies, football, dogs, and time with my family. I’ll want to know what makes your life feel like yours.

How we can work together

We’ll take on real life together.

We’ll work with what is actually happening: a difficult weekend, a relationship, work, or something you want to enjoy again.

You decide what we work on. I’ll ask questions, pay attention, and tell you what I’m noticing.

We’ll build your recovery around what matters to you.

Recovery takes work, and we’ll keep returning to what makes that work worth it.

Your recovery may include treatment, therapy, medication, Twelve-Step meetings, other peer communities, spirituality, family, interests and activities, or a combination that changes over time. You do not need to be sober, attend Twelve-Step meetings, or stop prescribed medication to work with me.

Recovery coaching gives us dedicated time to work on how recovery fits your daily life. We can put what you’re learning into practice, follow through when things get hard, adjust what is not working, and keep the life you’re building in view.
